Early breastfeeding struggles often take new parents by surprise since it is supposed to be so “natural”. Suddenly you are feeling doubtful, disappointed, and desperate for a solution. You are not failing or broken! You just need knowledgeable guidance so you can focus on nourishing yourself and your baby.

Google and chatGPT are not going to cut it for your precious newborn! However, having a trusted IBCLC by your side (that’s me!) will help you navigate all the bends in the road along your journey.

What’s included?

Imagine a postpartum experience with a one-on-one dedicated expert helping you feel supported, heard, and guided, in just the right way for your unique family.

Not only will you have expert breastfeeding help, but you also will have a guide through all the postpartum changes, helping you find the way to becoming the parent you envisioned yourself being. Navigating challenges is much easier with an experienced person at your side.

What’s included:

  • Free prenatal consultation

  • 4 in-home lactation visits - at just the time that matters most. Providing help during those fuzzy first weeks when you struggle to manage the day to day. Each visit will adjust for changes and growth in your baby, tracking weight gain and milk intake. We will also cover mama’s comfort and healing, making sure you are pain-free and confident.

  • 3 months of complete postpartum support. You will have direct access to me for secure messaging and text support for your baby’s first 3 months. You’ll get to ask questions, send updates, and get extra encouragement without having to wait until the next appointment.

  • VIP access for scheduling, ensuring you get support when it is most crucial and giving you easy access to constant expert advice.

What will be covered?

  • At our prenatal consult we will review your health history, discuss any previous feeding challenges, assess your risk factors for low supply, talk through your feeding goals, and create a personalized plan. I can also provide you with assistance for your baby gear prep: must-have supplies, things you don’t need, and extra luxuries that are worth having.

  • Hands-on latch and positioning guidance to make breastfeeding comfortable and pain-free

  • Weighted feeding to monitor baby’s intake to ensure optimal growth

  • A structured, evidence-based feeding care plan tailored to you and your baby

  • Consult summaries provided for your pediatrician or other providers as needed

  • Safe, non-judgemental space to ask all your questions about baby, breastfeeding, and postpartum concerns.
