My purpose isn’t to just show up once for a quick visit. My goal is to walk alongside your journey to provide support, evidence-based advice, and compassionate care to you and your baby to create a tailored-made plan to help your reach your goals. There are several options to find the level of support that suits your needs best.

A surprising number of mamas struggle with breastfeeding in the early weeks and months. So many of us suffer in silence through weeks of painful latching, uncertainty over milk supply and baby’s intake, and countless questions about pumps, normal milk volumes, and bottle/pacifier introduction.

You shouldn’t have to guess or do endless late night internet searches. You deserve true, ongoing support with facts and evidence, which also allows for the nuances your sweet one’s needs.

Full circle, compassionate breastfeeding support to ease mama and baby (and partners too!) through the first 3 months.

You will get me right by your side, figuring out all the tips and tricks to make feeding comfortable, alleviate any stressors or problems, and sink into a more relaxed breastfeeding experience for long-term health and success.

What’s included:

  • 4 in-home visits

  • full support for baby’s first 3 months by secure messaging

  • 24/7 text support

What we’ll cover:

  • review and reflect on pregnancy and birth experience

  • latching and positioning learning for turning problems into pain-free feeding

  • weighted feedings to determine milk intake

  • screening and assessment for oral ties or musculoskeletal problems

  • customized feeding plan

  • pumping/bottle feeding if needed

  • basic newborn care

Visit breakdown:

  • Visit 1: Initial latching help and making sure baby is getting enough. Troubleshooting any problems at the start. Development of your customized feeding plan.

  • Visit 2: Assess latching progress, weight gain tracking, and adjustments to your customized plan.

  • Visit 3: Checking in on baby’s progress and the adjustment to new baby’s blend into the family. Pumping consult for flange fit and pump use, if we haven’t done it already. Evaluate evolving feeding plan.

  • Visit 4: Personalized topics that are needed! Bottle introduction if we haven’t covered that yet. 

    24/7 Follow-up access: With the Nourish and Knowledge Package, you have private messaging access or text access between visits to talk through any additional feeding questions or concerns until your baby is 3 months old

The Swift Rescue Package

This support package is for the mama who is in need of real help - fast. Perhaps you are facing big challenges with nipple damage, too much weight loss, or anxiety over milk supply. You may be realizing that you should have reached out for help sooner. It’s not too late!

With 6 weeks of focused support, we can turn things around and make real progress towards your breastfeeding dreams.

  • 3 additional weeks of support via secure messaging after your 3rd visit

This is a 2-pack package for the family whose breastfeeding is going mostly well but would benefit from some touch ups, or a few additional tips and tricks to take things from “good” to “great!” This package is also good choice for experienced breastfeeding parents who are adjusting to the unique needs of the new baby.

You will get me, right by your side, figuring out all the tips and tricks to make feeding comfortable, alleviate any stressors or problems, and sink into a more relaxed breastfeeding experience for long term health and success.

  • 2 additional weeks of support after your 2nd visit via secure messaging
